Access to and use of www.gruppofn.it (the “Site”) and the services offered by Gruppo FN S.r.l. (“Gruppo FN”, “we”, “our”) are subject to these Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”).

By using the Site, you (“User”) accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, you must not use the Site.

Gruppo FN S.r.l. specialises in providing:

• Qualified healthcare staff (OSS, nurses, healthcare assistants, surgical technicians)
• Medical transport and ambulance services
• Home-care services
• Cleaning and sanitisation for healthcare and corporate sites
• Security / concierge services
• Administrative and secretarial services
• Staff for retail and large-scale distribution

The Site describes our services and lets Users contact us for quotes and information.

We operate mainly in the provinces of Rome, Latina, Frosinone, Viterbo and Rieti (Lazio), and can activate other Italian regions on request for structured projects.

The User agrees to:

• Use the Site in accordance with applicable law
• Not use the Site for unlawful or unauthorised purposes
• Not attempt to access reserved or protected areas
• Not transmit viruses, malware or harmful code
• Provide truthful information in contact forms
• Not use bots or automated systems without authorisation

We may limit or suspend access to the Site in case of a breach of these Terms.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to:

• Texts, graphics, logos and images
• Video and multimedia content
• Design, layout and structure of the Site
• Software and code

is owned by Gruppo FN S.r.l. or the respective owners and is protected by Italian and international copyright and intellectual-property laws.

Reproduction, distribution, modification or use of Site content without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

Data submitted via contact forms is used only to respond to requests and provide information on our services, in line with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003.

Privacy Policy

The Site uses statistical measurement and behavioural analytics tools to understand how pages are actually used: Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited), Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights (Vercel Inc.) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited).

Microsoft Clarity records the browsing session: pointer movement, clicks, scrolling and interaction with page elements. Aggregated heat and scroll maps are derived from those sessions. The purpose is solely diagnostic and to improve the Site.

These tools are not activated before consent is collected. Without consent to the measurement purpose, Microsoft Clarity is not loaded at all: this is not merely a matter of disabling cookies, the script is never executed.

Text typed into form fields is masked and not recorded. Recordings show that a field was filled in, not what was written in it.

Some images, illustrations, animations and visual content on the Site may be generated or reworked using generative artificial intelligence tools.

Such content is illustrative and decorative. It is not photographic documentation of Gruppo FN S.r.l. staff, premises, equipment or clients, and does not depict identifiable real people.

Gruppo FN does not publish synthetic content on the Site depicting real people, existing places or events in a way that could appear authentic.

This information is provided pursuant to the transparency obligations under Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the Artificial Intelligence Act), applicable from 2 August 2026.

Information on the Site is descriptive and does not constitute a binding contractual offer under the Italian Civil Code.

Staffing and service contracts are governed by specific written agreements, which prevail over these Terms in case of conflict.

Fees, methods and conditions are agreed case by case and formalised in dedicated contracts.

Gruppo FN S.r.l. does not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted availability of the Site
• Absence of errors or technical faults
• Compatibility with all devices and browsers

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• Direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages
• Loss of data or profits arising from use of the Site
• Service interruptions due to force majeure
• Content of third-party sites linked from the Site

Gruppo FN is not liable for:

The User uses the Site at their own risk.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Gruppo FN does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy policy or practices.

Inclusion of external links does not imply approval or recommendation by Gruppo FN.

Gruppo FN may change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date of publication on the Site.

The last-update date is shown at the top of the page. Please review this page periodically.

Continued use of the Site after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by Italian law.

Any dispute arising from use of the Site or interpretation of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome.
