Gruppo FN SRL, based in Rome, is the Italian counterpart for international groups, clinics and diplomatic missions that need qualified staff and facility services on the ground.
When a foreign company opens a clinic, an office, a store or a representative site in Italy, it needs a counterpart who already knows the local labour market, collective agreements, healthcare credentials and how a site actually runs day to day.
Gruppo FN is an Italian limited-liability company (SRL), not a cooperative. From Rome we employ the people, apply the correct CCNL, run reception, cleaning, security and healthcare shifts, and give you a single coordinator who can work with an international headquarters.
Coverage is established across Lazio and expanding nationally. The same contract can start on one site in Rome and later extend to other Italian locations as your presence grows.
You keep control of the activity; we run the local workforce and the site services behind it. Commercial coordination can run in English, and this site is also in Spanish and French — so teams entering Italy find a partner they can brief in their language.
Nurses, OSS, receptionists, cleaners and security staff are employed by Gruppo FN on the applicable national collective agreement. Pay, hours, social contributions and replacements stay on our side of the contract, with documentation you can show to auditors and parent-company legal teams.
Beyond clinical or retail headcount we run the building: professional cleaning, trusted reception, concierge and security. International headquarters and diplomatic premises get a coherent front-of-house rather than three unrelated suppliers.
We work with diplomatic missions, public bodies and operators that must evidence reliability, confidentiality and continuity. Documentation, access protocols and tender packs are prepared for institutional procurement, not only for private purchase orders.
Private clinics, outpatient centres, hospitals and nursing homes that need licensed Italian professionals without running a full local HR function.
Embassies, consulates, schools and public offices: trusted reception, access control, cleaning and administration under confidentiality protocols.
International groups with a Roman or Italian seat: reception, office cleaning, security and an external RSPP without inflating the local payroll.
Store openings, seasonal peaks and multi-site cover for shop-floor, warehouse, loss-prevention and hygiene teams.
Housekeeping, night presence and guest-facing concierge for hotels and residences that must hold a brand standard from day one.
From first contact to go-live
You describe sites, roles, languages, hours and constraints. A coordinator replies within one working day and flags what is feasible in Lazio versus what needs a national mobilisation.
We map headcount, CCNL, SLAs, replacements and facility scope. A site visit in Rome or Lazio is arranged where useful; remote briefings cover other regions. You receive a written offer with assumptions, lead times and a named counterpart.
We sign a service agreement, a GDPR processing addendum where personal data is handled, and the operational annexes (shifts, access, uniforms, reporting). Staff are selected, credential-checked and briefed on your house rules before the first shift.
Operations start on the agreed date with a single coordinator for absences, quality and invoicing. Coverage can later extend to further Italian sites under the same commercial framework.
Share the sites, roles and start date. A Gruppo FN coordinator in Rome replies within one working day with feasibility, lead times and a path to a written proposal.
