Who takes the external RSPP appointment.

Gruppo FN is a limited-liability company with an operational office in Rome, at Via Po 102. It provides integrated services for companies, public bodies and healthcare facilities, and workplace safety is one of the practices run by dedicated professionals.

A company, not a cooperative.

The legal form is not a bureaucratic detail: it defines who answers for what. Gruppo FN is an S.r.l. and takes the appointment in its own name, with a written employer appointment in line with arts. 17 and 34 of Legislative Decree 81/2008.

Credentials kept, not only obtained.

The professionals who hold the role have modules A, B and C required by the law and keep the mandatory refreshers. That is the part most often lost when the role is kept in-house without someone dedicated to it.

The RSPP does not work alone.

The prevention system works when the figures talk to each other. We coordinate with the occupational physician, the RLS, the employer and the other company roles, instead of delivering a document and disappearing.

Based in Rome, service across Italy.

There is one operational office, at Via Po 102 in Rome. The RSPP service is delivered nationwide, with periodic visits at the client’s sites: we do not open offices that do not exist in order to look nearby.

We do not deliver the training.

Gruppo FN does not run courses and does not resell them. What the RSPP appointment covers is knowing who must be trained, on what and by when, and keeping the expiry register aligned: proposing training programmes is an RSPP duty, delivering them is not. That is why training is a chapter of its own, not a line on the quote.
