Workers
General training on safety principles and specific training on the risks of the job. The specific part changes with the sector and with what the worker actually does, not with what the contract says.
Training
A correct DVR is not enough: if the people at work do not know what to do, the document stays paper. We do not run courses: we keep the expiry register as part of the appointment.
Duties
General training on safety principles and specific training on the risks of the job. The specific part changes with the sector and with what the worker actually does, not with what the contract says.
Anyone who oversees workers’ activity has their own duty of vigilance and extra training beyond that of a worker. It is the figure most often forgotten in small companies.
Anyone who organises work and allocates resources answers for organisational choices. Training covers duties, responsibilities and running the prevention system.
The Workers’ Safety Representative has a dedicated path and periodic refreshers. They are the counterpart the RSPP coordinates with throughout the appointment.
Fire and first-aid teams, sized to the risk and organisation of the company. They must be appointed and trained before they are needed, not after.
Training is not a duty that ends at hiring: it must be renewed, and redone when job, equipment or organisation change. The expiry register is part of the oversight.
Duration and frequency depend on the company’s risk level and on the job, and change with updates to the State-Regions Agreement. They are checked case by case during the analysis, together with the other duties.
A correct DVR is worth little if the people at work do not know what to do. Gruppo FN does not run courses: what the RSPP appointment covers is knowing who must be trained, on what and by when, and keeping the expiry register aligned. Delivery stays with those who train for a living.
