Services

External RSPP services for companies.

What the appointment includes, item by item: six activities from the written nomination to coordination with the occupational physician and RLS.

01

External RSPP appointment

Formal assumption of the role with a written appointment by the employer, in line with arts. 17 and 34 of Legislative Decree 81/2008. Professionals holding modules A, B and C, with mandatory refresher training kept current.

  • Written employer appointment in line with arts. 17 and 34
  • Definition of duties, scope and mutual obligations
  • Professionals with modules A, B and C and kept-up refreshers
  • Formal assumption of the function, not occasional advice

When you need it. When the company has no employee with the required credentials, or when keeping the role in-house costs more than it returns.

02

Drafting and updating the DVR

Risk Assessment Document drawn up to INAIL guidelines, with identified risks, prevention and protection measures and an action programme. Updated when the company changes.

  • Identification of risks in workplaces and processes
  • Prevention and protection measures already in place and still needed
  • Programme of improvement actions
  • Update when sites, machinery or organisation change

When you need it. It is the mandatory document everything else depends on: without an up-to-date DVR every other duty stays uncovered.

03

Risk assessment

Assessment of all risks to workers’ health and safety — chemical, physical, ergonomic, work-related stress — with shared, documented methods.

  • Chemical and biological risks
  • Physical risks: noise, vibration, agents
  • Ergonomic risks and manual handling
  • Work-related stress
  • Shared, documented methods

When you need it. Before drafting or updating the DVR, and whenever a new process, substance or machine enters the company.

04

Support during inspections

Presence and assistance during inspections by ASL, the Fire Brigade, INAIL and other authorities: document pack, meetings, and an action plan for any prescriptions.

  • Preparation of requested documentation
  • On-site presence during the visit, when agreed
  • Handling of requests for further information
  • Action plan for prescriptions received

When you need it. When an ASL, Fire Brigade or INAIL inspection is due, or when a report has already been notified and needs a response.

05

Ongoing advice

Continuous oversight of duties and regulatory updates, with a stable counterpart to call when something changes in the company.

  • Oversight of duties over time
  • Regulatory updates that affect the company
  • A stable counterpart to ask before deciding
  • Periodic check that documents still match reality

When you need it. Always: safety is not a project that ends, and a DVR filed away stops protecting the next day.

06

Coordination of safety roles

Coordination with the occupational physician, RLS, employer and the other figures in the prevention system, so it works as a system rather than a stack of separate duties.

  • Coordination with the occupational physician
  • Working with the RLS and the employer
  • Alignment with the other figures in the prevention system
  • Managing interference in contracting

When you need it. When several safety roles, contractors or third-party work overlap with your own operations.

The choice

Why an external RSPP.

01

The role must be covered. Always.

Legislative Decree 81/2008 requires every employer to appoint an RSPP. It is not a choice: it is a condition for operating. The external appointment is the path the law provides when nobody in-house has the required credentials.

02

You need someone who is there.

A DVR delivered and filed protects no one. The external appointment is worth it when the person who takes it comes back, updates the documents and is present on inspection day.

03

Skills that cost to keep in-house.

Modules A, B and C, mandatory refreshers to maintain, coordination with the occupational physician and RLS. Delegating the appointment means not having to run all of that internally.
